Delivery Information

What delivery services do you offer?

We offer priority shipping for all orders. Your order should arrive within 3-5 days after placing it. Please note that during promotional periods, orders may take an additional 2 working days to arrive.

Click and Collect is temporarily unavailable, and we apologize for any disappointment this may cause. We hope to have this delivery service available again very soon.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

When you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive another email.

Within a few days, our courier will send you an email with the expected delivery date.

Which couriers do you use?

The couriers we use may vary. We strive to select the most efficient carrier at the time you place your order. Rest assured, you will be promptly informed by email.

Where are you shipping?

We only ship in the U.S.

We can ship to Hawaï and Alaska, but we do not offer delivery to other U.S. territories.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping for all orders above $150 for all continental U.S.

For orders below $149.99 we apply a flat rate of $10.0 for shipping in states listed above:

CT, DE, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, VA, IN, KY, ME, MI, NC, OH, SC, W, VAL, AR, FL, GA, IL, IA, MN, MS, MO, TN, WI

For orders below $149.99 we apply a flat rate of $15.0 for shipping in states listed above:

KS, AZ, CO, ID, LA, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY

For Alaska and Hawaï we apply a shipping rate depending on the weight of the order. Calculation will be done at checkout.

My Account

Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase on BeFrenched.com?

Yes, setting up an account is quick and easy, taking only a couple of minutes. You'll need to provide your name and address details, and then create a password. With an account, you can track the progress of your order, update your address details for future orders, and view your previous orders.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page, and we will email you a new one. You can then access your account and change your password in the account section of befrenched.com.

Can I cancel or modify my order online?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once the payment has been approved. However, please email us at as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but there is a chance that you may have to wait for the order to be delivered and then return it to us.

Refunds and Exchanges

How do I return unwanted items?

If you made a mistake with your order or changed your mind, please let us know. You have the right to cancel your order and return the Products ordered within fourteen 14 business days (exclusive of weekends and bank holidays) after you receive them.

We will provide you with a label to attach to your package (you can reuse the original packaging). If your order was above $150, the postage fees will be covered by us.

The return location may vary, and we will inform you accordingly, striving to find the most convenient solution.

In what condition should the items be returned?

The packaging should be in the same condition as when you received it, and the items should not be used. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn or used items. However, please contact us, and we will try to find a solution if your order does not meet your expectations.

When can I expect my refund once I have returned an item?

Once we receive and inspect the item, you can expect a refund within 4 business days.

Can I request an exchange instead of a refund?

Yes, you can. Upon request, we will send you another item of your choice. Just let us know when you request the return.
