Goyon-Chazeau

Legend says that knights returning from the Crusades brought the art of blade-forging to Thiers, in the Auvergne region of central France. The city soon became known throughout Europe for its superior knives. Eight hundred years later, this reputation is still holding strong, with the best French knives still produced in the factories of Thiers. Goyon-Chazeau is one of them.
